Ideas....
I've been thinking... I think I'm gonna start making some more structured days for myself. You know.. like asigning how much I'm going to eat every day of the week.. And then actually doing it.
I'm not sure if I want to change it every week or if I want to just have like sunday be this amount monday but this much.. etc. Then just do the same thing every week.
I might start doing that at first.. just to see if I can stick to it..
I read in someone else's blog that it only takes 21 days to make a habit.. maybe if I do my plan for 3 weeks it will be habit.
So I'm thinking I'll divide my plan to fit the days that will be easiet to eat less.
I think it will go as such:
Sunday: 800 calories
Monday: 200 calories
Tuesday: 500 calories
Wednesday: 300 calories
Thursday: 500 calories
Friday: 200 calories
Saturday: 800 caloriesI think that might work.. I have some added calories for the weekend when I'll be home and then the days that I'm gone most I have less to eat.
So I conclude that is the plan. Then I'll have to start walking and stuff too.... Not sure when I'll fit that in. I'll make an exercise plan soon too.

thats usually what i do..
the night before i think about how i did that day, and what my goal i for the next day..
and i dont necessarily plan everything, but i think about certain foods that would be good for the numbers i want to accomplish.
it helps keep me on track..
thanks for the support<33
You know what ive learned?
your body has an amazing way of adapting.
once you stick with something for a week or two, things start to get really easy.
You'll do great<3

i'm fasting tomorrow too, if you'd like to join. updating on thinspo and the like.
with your plan. don't do two days at 800 back to back. 800 one day, 600 the next, something like that. your metabolism gets used to 800 and you'll wanna do that every day.
